Условия за резервации и плащане
Check-in is from 14:00 on arrival day. Check-out is until 12:00 on departure day. Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon availability and prior confirmation. A valid ID is required at check-in for registration.
Reservations can be made through the website form, by email at hotel.elitza@abv.bg or by phone at +359 888 430 008 / +359 878 567 789. All requests are confirmed in writing by email. Room and view preferences are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required, to be paid within 5 business days after confirmation. Failure to pay within the deadline may result in cancellation. The paid deposit is deducted from the final amount. Please email the payment confirmation for faster processing.
The balance is paid upon check-in. Please inform us in advance about changes in dates or number of guests.

1. In case of non-realization of the trip due to reasons related to COVID-19, there are no cancellation deadlines and the Hotelier is obliged to fully refund the advance paid amounts within 30 days from the date of the unrealized vacation or offer a change of dates if there are available places.
2. For cancellations due to other reasons, made up to 30 days before the check-in date, the paid advance is fully refunded.
3. For cancellations between 30 and 15 days before the check-in date, the value of the first night is deducted.
4. For cancellations less than 14 days before the check-in date, advance paid amounts are not refunded, but the stay dates can be changed if there are available places.
Booking emails are sent via EmailJS (USA). Data is transferred as needed to confirm the reservation and is covered by EmailJS Standard Contractual Clauses (DPA/SCC). Data is used only for reservation servicing and guest communication.
