• EmailJS – sends emails with booking form data solely for reservation communication. Data is stored according to their privacy policy. EmailJS operates in the USA; data transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (DPA/SCC).
• Hosting provider – stores technical logs for security.
• We do not share data with others for marketing or advertising.

6. Retention periods

Data is kept as long as needed to handle the inquiry or booking, then deleted from working mailboxes/systems unless the law requires a longer period.
